These studies required a myriad of technical, scientific and financial skills to evaluate the merit of targeted investment in irrigation infrastructure in Northland.
Community members and industry leaders were engaged throughout the course of the projects to ensure that opportunities beyond the farm gate were understood and realised. This ensured a balanced outcome from economic, social, cultural and environmental perspectives.
In providing the most qualified team for the projects, WSP Opus chose to include leading firms such as Deloitte and BERL within their project team.
In taking this balanced approach we genuinely believe that we are helping to enable more prosperous, stronger, resilient communities through enhancing and future-proofing local agri-sector businesses for generations to come.
